Check in process upon arrival was very smooth after we had booked online for bikes. The guy was very quick and gave us a great overview before taking off on the trail, however he neglected to let us know the trail we were taking was part of the Loveland Pass race. Being from out of town we wouldn’t have known this and he knew we were visiting. Had we known we would have gone the next day or taken a different route. It was fine to copper mountain but coming back we were against the pack. Didn’t end well. At least I had a helmet.
Appreciate Mo reaching out and took care of our inconvenience. The bikes were great and the views were amazing on the trail. Just unfortunate on the race and having a crash due to aggressive bikers.
